Complaint and Grievance Information
If you think that you have been subjected to discrimination under a WIOA Title I-financially assisted program or activity, you may file a complaint within 180 days from the date of the alleged violation. To file a complaint of discrimination against the NM Workforce Connection, including WIOA Title I-financially assisted programs, complete the Civil Rights Grievance Form.
In the event that you have a problem with any aspect of the New Mexico Workforce Connection in the Central Region that is not related to discrimination, you may file a general service complaint. To file a complaint about the service you received at the NM Workforce Connection (i.e. general dissatisfaction with service received), complete the Service Complaint Form.
