Hiring for: Direct Support Professionals

These positions will provide support to individual and or small groups in a wide range of settings to include residential community exploration and employment supports. These positions provide support based on individual choice person-centered planning and are supported by an interdisciplinary team that assists with plan implementation to assure that individual goals and outcomes are being met.
